has many churches like this medieval one, standing alone surrounded by fields.
The villages they served disappeared long ago with a decline in the population
after the Black Death. These particular fields have yielded many excellent finds
for Discovery Tours from Bronze Age to Roman medieval coins and artifacts, the
most special find being a 200 BC silver coin found by Jim Blackburn in 2002. The
activity of dating finds shows how generations upon generations have chosen the
